Please note that all sales are final. No returns or replacements will be accepted once items have been sold and handed over to customers. Replacements are permitted only if there is a mismatch in the flower plant variety or color, provided it remains in the same pot. It is the customer's responsibility to care for the plant after it is planted, and Pasumai Thottam of Dallas cannot be held liable for any damage or issues once the plant has been handed over.
